Overview:

The Professional Track is designed to assist you in charting a course for the next journey in your life.  Be it reaching professional goals, achieving personal success, evolving the ideal executive presence, or developing an authentic leadership style this program is for you. This track takes a unique look at each individual’s strengths and weaknesses, goals, current state, future aspirations, and surrounding landscape to design and develop an actionable plan that will propel progress in the important areas of career and life. The results of the program are as unique and personal as the vision and information provided by each individual.

 

• As part of the program Exeqpath will offer four follow up sessions (teleconferences) to discuss progress, share lessons learned from participants, and provide the necessary platform to exchange ideas and keep others accountable with their plans. These four 60 minute sessions will be scheduled once the program completes on the scheduled date.

• All participants will recieve a Charting Your Career Workbook for drawing your unique plan to achieve your goals

 

Based on how seasoned sailors reach a final destination, the workshops rely on "Waypoints" as key coordinates to chart a unique path to success. These "Waypoints" are associated with distinctive landmarks of your life and career objectives, and will help trace the path to achieve your goals and ambitions while taking into consideration the many factors that impact the journey. During the program, you will learn navigation basics such as traversing the political landscape and understanding communication styles, considering the rules that can and will impact your progress, identifying resources and tools available to you, managing strategic relationships critical to your success, and charting your own course.

 

The use of "Waypoints" has existed for as long as human beings have navigated. We will leverage this concept to address your own coordinates for success. The program will have an emphasis on the following "Waypoints" among others.
